Samoa Cookie Bars

I did the first open WOD, it could have been worse…much much worse. In fact I kind of enjoyed in that sick sadistic I had the fran cough afterward kind of way. I haven’t really done snatches that much so I was kind of pumped I made it through 26 of them at my one rep max weight!

I never liked coconut so I never ate samoas…everyone else told me of their greatness…and then I went paleo…I love coconut now and so if I ate cookies (which I still do….) I would imagine they tasted like this amazing cookie bar.
